Vending Fee Deadline is Extended
LIABILITY WAIVER
I do, hereby, release the Association to Preserve the Eatonville Community, Inc. (herein referred to as P.E.C.) from any and all claims, causes of action or liability, which I now have or which may arise in the future resulting from or arising from my association with P.E.C. I further, hereby, waive any and all claims, which may arise in consideration of the waiver of claims by other volunteers. I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Waiver and Release Form and have executed the same freely and voluntarily.

ZORA! Festival maintains the right to deny any application in its own discretions. No rain date. No refunds.
Processing fee: $100 (non-refundable; applicable towards booth fee)
Booth fee: $1200
Fee covers:- 3 days of vending
- 10 ft. x 10 ft. vending space
- Printed sign
- Cardboard trash container w/plastic liner
- Eatonville Fire Inspection
- Eatonville Permit Fees
You are responsible for your 10 x 10 tent, table, and chair(s).
