Abimbola Elizabeth Aponmade

Miss Aponmade is an entrepreneur who invests her knowledge and experience in the development and production of plant-based products for human health and beauty, putting beauty in the hands of mother-nature. She believes that we can have a healthy body and improve our living without necessarily destroying any part of our ecosystem; as well as our ability to renew our health through renewal interventions in plants and environment and a positive human-plant relationship.
Miss Aponmade is the Chief Executive Officer of Cosmorgani Nigeria Limited, a plant-based skincare products manufacturing company. She is a Master Degree holder in Ethnobotany from Nigeria's premier university, the University of Ibadan.
Ms. Lasisi is an African fabric designer and environmentalist. She is the founder of Planet 3R and Jokelinks Weaving School which is the first of its kind in Nigeria. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She has won many awards and has recently emerged as the National MSME of the year 2020 for using her weaving skill to save the planet by converting Plastic and Textile wastes into Eco-friendly products.
Her aspirations are diverse, but her utmost goal is to create a world without wastes while preserving our cultural heritage by impacting the knowledge of handwoven wastes into youths and women through entrepreneurial skill acquisition programs in Nigeria.
MD, ORANGEBLOOM & OAKS
Ms. Aina-Scott is a very prolific artist whose work tends to be simple, yet with a mass 'African' appeal. Her subjects are diverse, but mostly she is inspired by the African woman and child in society. She also takes inspiration from the culture and beliefs of the African People. As an artist, Ms. Aina-Scott is very versatile - She is adept in exhibiting in Mixed Media, Oil Paints, Acrylics, and African Fabrics as media and her technique leans towards the abstract. She has participated in many group exhibitions and has successfully held two solo exhibitions. Ms. Aina-Scott has also had her work juried in the 2014 Lakeville Art Festival in Minnesota.
Nneka Stella Ajemba
THE UPCYCLE ARCHITECT
Ms. Garba, a goal-getter and a passionate creative, is the Founder and Managing Director of a social enterprise called The Upcycle Architect (TUPA), a business that focuses on creatively transforming solid waste into spectacular products for interior spaces.
She is a graduate of Architecture.
Ms. Dada is the CREATIVE Director/CEO of Purple Stripes, which manufactures and retails footwear and accessories made from indigenous materials to produce quality, ready-to-wear, bespoke handmade footwear and accessories. The company is located in Lagos Nigeria.
Purple Stripes’ customers are mostly working class male and female within Africa and around the globe. The company’s vision is to become a household name in the footwear industry in Africa and ultimately the globe.
Ms. Dada was selected for a MinMBA organised by Access Bank Plc. in conjunction with IFC to be part of the 1st 50 women entrepreneurs out of the 3,600 women that applied for the inaugural year of the program.
She graduated from Ladoke Akintola University- Ogbomosho in Nigeria where she obtained her Btech (HON) in Pure and Applied Mathematics.
Ms. Dada is married to a lovely and supportive husband and has two children .
NNEKA STELLA AJEMBA
Ms. Ajemba is the CEO of Maxella Creations, a company which produces items of Ankara craft, including ready-to-wear clothing, Ankara shoes, bags, bangles, earrings, head gear and accessories.
She is married with six children.

Ms. Bernard is an environmentalist, a social entrepreneur focused on waste management and recycling. She is an advocate for the Sustainability Development Goal of the United Nation. She is also a lover of arts which she creates from waste.
Ms. Bernard focuses on plastic recycling into bricks; into aprons; into ottomans (which can serve as side stools for homes, offices and schools); and beautiful art household items like magazine racks. She also uses plastic to teach children about ways they can convert recyclables into something useful and meaningful for our environment and for the world at-large.
Her business name is Green Axis, a social enterprise and a for-profit business model that is focused on converting waste materials into raw materials for the plastic manufacturing company. Green Axis collects waste from households, business institutions, and then sort them, treat and process into granules and flakes, which can be used by plastic manufacturing firms to make new products like plastics and building materials.
The company also recycles waste like plastics, Nylons, paper, cartons, tins into near-finished products rather than dumping them into landfills, thereby creating an eco-friendly environment and fighting climate change while also creating wealth from waste. In that the ZORA! Festival promotes arts and culture, what better ways to express our culture than through waste collections which become the lovely art work, which is what Green Axis produces.
Ms. Bernard holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the prestigious University of Nigeria and an M.SC focused in International Law And Diplomacy from University of Lagos - Akoka.
Ajewole Olaide Adeyemi
Ms. Adeyemi worked in the Marketing and Operations Departments in a bank for ten (10) years from 2003 to 2013. Then, she opted out of the banking industry to pursue her dream in building recycling and janitorial service management businesses and creating jobs for Nigerians. She is the Founder/CEO of two companies, JD Recycling and PottersHouse Cleaning Services with a combined staff of over 30.
Her recycling company, JD Recycling, exhibits the beauty in waste by focusing on solving environment and climate issues through waste management by converting vehicles’ used tires to furniture and wall-care products. She was nominated as one of the Top 50 Women who won the Access Bank Womenpreneur Pitch-A-Thon Competition and also one of the Top 10 Winners of FBN DistrupHer Challenge.
Ms. Adeyemi offers free training to empower mothers and wives on how to start a recycling business within the comfort of their homes while they care for their families. The training takes place quarterly. To date, she has trained over 50 women.
Ms. Adeyemi studied Accounting in Yaba College of Technology and she is a certified Environment Protection Consultant. She is married and blessed with three children.
Olajumoke O. Akinpelu
Ms. Akinpelu is the Creative Director of DINKY CREATIONS, a registered company under the Cooperate Affairs Commission and has been in business since 2008.
She is passionate about clothing every gender with unique and timeless African traditional outfits, headwear and accessories and she has been active in doing so for the past 13 years.
What has continually made DINKY CREATIONS the go-to brand for the fashion-savvy individuals is the use of locally-sourced, high quality fabrics in each piece that the company produces. The creativity and uniqueness involved in making the timeless African handmade traditional clothing and headwear is evident in every piece.

Ms. Dautey founded Bubune Skincare in 2019 and now has 10 product lines. She has participated in various international trade shows in Europe, North America and Africa. Bubune Skincare is a manufacturer of ethically-sourced, shea-based bath and beauty products.
She is a beauty product formulator who is currently enrolled in the Diploma in Organic Hair formulation from Formula Botanica in the United Kingdom. Ms. Dautey holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ghana and a MBA in International Management from the Nuertingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
