N.Y. Nathiri has worked in the field of historic preservation for more than three decades, all of that time having been spent on behalf of her hometown, Eatonville, Florida, which Zora Neale Hurston popularized as “the oldest incorporated African American community in the United States.” She is a founding member and currently the executive director of the Association to Preserve the Eatonville Community, Inc. (P.E.C.), a historic preservation/cultural arts/community revitalization organization, best known for its sponsorship of the annual Zora Neale Hurston™ Festival of the Arts and Humanities (ZORA!® Festival). Under her leadership, P.E.C. programs have received national recognition, including the ZORA!® Festival’s being named “One of 25 Cultural Tourism Success Stories” by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and being the recipient of the “Regional Destination Award in the Humanities” from the Cultural Olympiad (Atlanta, 1996). She has also led the organization’s grants efforts, which cumulatively, have seen P.E.C receive funding totaling several millions dollars.
Nathiri holds an undergraduate degree in history from Ithaca College (New York) and a Master of Science degree in library science from Syracuse University. She is the compiler and editor of the award-winning volume, ZORA! Zora Neale Hurston: A Woman and Her Community (Sentinel Communications, 1991). She is also the recipient of several honors including being named “Hero of Preservation” by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Mary Call Darby Collins Award presented by the Florida Secretary of State “In recognition of dedication and volunteer action that has forever changed the course of historic preservation in Florida.” In addition, she is the recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Rollins College.
Currently, she serves as Vice President for Cultural Heritage Tourism on the Board of Directors for the Historic Black Towns and Settlements Alliance, Inc. (HBTSA), a multi-state heritage preservation and economic development initiative.

Dr. Awosika is an accomplished administrator with over three decades’ experience in public sector governance. She was at various times, the Permanent Secretary in the Federal Ministries of Internal Affairs, Science & Technology and Power. She is a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and the West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Awosika holds a doctorate degree in pharmaceutical technology from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom. She was appointed to the Board of Access Bank in April 2013 and served as the Vice-Chairman of the Board Audit Committee and Chairman of the Board Credit Committee prior to her appointment as the Chairman of the Board.
Dr. Awosika sits on the boards of Capital Express Assurance Ltd, Josephine Consulting Limited, University of Warri, African Initiative for Governance and Nigerian Prize for Leadership.
She became the Chairman of the Board on January 8, 2020 following the retirement of Mrs. Mosun Belo-Olusoga.

Mrs. Okoli commenced her banking career as an Executive Trainee in the Operations Unit of Diamond Bank Plc in April 1992 and served in various capacities in the bank until her appointment as an Executive Director in Diamond Bank in September 2016.
She joined the Board of Access Bank Plc in March 2019 following the merger with the former Diamond Bank.
She is a 1989 Law Graduate from the University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in December 1990. She holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, Coventry, UK. Mrs. Okoli has attended various courses in Nigeria and abroad including the Advanced Management Programme of Wharton Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania, and the Senior Management Programme of the Lagos Business School. She is also an Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
She represents the Bank on the Board of Aspire Nigeria Fund Trust.

Mary Conway Dato-on is the George D. & Harriet W. Cornell Chair Professor of International Business and Social Entrepreneurship at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College She is the Faculty Director for The Global Links Initiative, Faculty Director Emeriti for the Social Impact Hub and a Fulbright Scholar (2013). Her teaching and research areas include international business, marketing, and social entrepreneurship. She has taught in numerous countries including Denmark, Spain, Japan, China, and the Philippines. Her corporate experience includes positions in the Philippines, Japan, and USA in diverse sectors of executive training, manufacturing, and marketing. She continues to consult in these areas.

Dr. Pamela McCauley is an internationally recognized Industrial Engineering researcher in the development of mathematical models, ergonomics, biomechanics and leadership in STEM. She is an energetic and impactful keynote speaker as well as an award-winning educator on a mission to empower others to succeed in STEM educational, career and innovation goals.
Author of over 100 technical publications, an internationally-used ergonomics textbook, and several inspiring books on STEM leadership, Dr. McCauley served as the Director of the Ergonomics Laboratory in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Central Florida. She previously held the position of Martin Luther King, Jr. Visiting Associate Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at MIT. In addition to her academic leadership, Dr. McCauley is a seasoned entrepreneur, innovator and expert witness. From January 2018 to June 2020,
Dr. McCauley served as Program Director for the National Science Foundation, Computer Information Science and Engineering Directorate’s I-Corps Program.
